I love to help people create balance in their physical, mental, and spiritual bodies.

 

Yoga poses, breath works, Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda are part of the lifestyle practices I offer to help with the balancing process. 

 

Ayurveda says "Balance is health. Imbalance is Disease." 

When I'm in balance I do things in moderation, my life becomes more simple and effortless. I experience everything more fully with acceptance and grace.  

When I'm out of balance, I lack confidence, become negative and I can't digest my food or experiences easily. 

 

Practicing a spiritual lifestyle helps me learn about myself, take responsibility and make the changes necessary to bring me back to my natural state of health, harmony, and well-being.  

 

We are all unique expressions of God. Showing up differently in the world . There are 3 energetic forces which exist within all of us, they are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

We don't all have the same amount of these energies; instead, we typically have one or two that are dominant.

Let’s learn to trust our Inner Being and return balance to our physical body with Yoga, Meditation, Breathworks and Ayurvedic Natural Medicine. 

Devanni loves to help people learn how to overcome their inner and outer struggles the natural way so they can live a free and empowered life. When we learn how to listen deeply to our inner voice, when we get quiet we will be naturally guided to our highest and fullest potential. Ayurvedic and Yogic principles are one of the most effective ways to unleash the power within.

Releasing stress, anxiety, insecurities, helps us to sleep better, gain a new perspective on life and increase our confidence in our ability to move forward in life with ease and joy. The goal is to get us out of our pain and misery and to bring us back into balance, our natural state of health and wellbeing. Understanding our body is the first step in achieving health. The more we understand the better we are at maintaining it.
